Priscilla Filet Crochet Book No 2

This antique Priscilla book has so many gorgeous filet crochet patterns.

Quoting from the title page-

"Introducing Filet Crochet Brode Embroidery On Crochet and Cameo Crochet".

The featured items in this book are are tablecloths, pillows (including a spectacular peacock pillow and a sweet pillow with rooster/ chickens!), edgings, insertions, panels, fancy doilies, sampler, etc. This book is longer than most of these antique pattern books- it is 48 pages!

Every item in the book is pretty. These patterns might all be from 1915, but none of them seem outdated. You would be hard-pressed to find such linens in the nicest of antique stores; any one of these items that you would choose to make will become a source of pride, and undoubtedly a cherished heirloom.

The name of the book is "Priscilla Filet Crochet Book", book no. 2. The editor of the book is Mrs. F. W. Kettelle. Original price was 25 cents. The book is 48 pages; softcover, and measures approx. 7 3/4 inches x 10 1/2 inches. Dated 1915 .
