I have absolutely fallen in love with this outstanding Marie Antoinette book of crochet patterns. The featured items in this book are are library scarfs, centerpieces, yokes, boudoir caps, bedspreads, curtains, door panels, medallions, insertions, doilies, cushions etc . These items are all so dainty and pretty that it would be hard to choose a first project- you will want to make them all! There is a bolster pillow that is absolutely lovely, and the scalloped laces and edgings are breathtaking.

I think the most exciting thing about this book is that the projects are so exquisitely detailed; it is the well thought out details that serve to make the patterns extra- special. If you are going to take the time to crochet, you might as well crochet something of heirloom quality. These patterns definitely qualify.
