Bucilla Book of Indian Threadkraft
Southwestern Style Crochet Patterns From 1917
This book is filled with intriguing patterns to crochet. This book is totally unlike the other antique crochet pattern books that I have seen- this one is truly unique in that the designs are all done with Southwestern American styling. The photos and page layouts are really wonderful, and the items for you to make are unlike anything readily available today. There are patterns for a pretty bag (purse or handbag type), many varieties of baskets, bon bon box, powder box, desk set, ink stand, table mats, rug, kilim floor pillow, & more. The name of the book is "Bucilla Book of Indian Threadkraft", volume no. 9. The original price was 15 cents. The book measures approx. 7 3/4 inches x 10 3/4 inches. Dated 1917 . 34 pages long.
